1. Shipping & Deliveries

We ship goods to all areas of Mainland UK. For shipping outside mainland UK, please contact us at 0208 458 1222 or send us an e-mail via our contact page on the website and we will advise you accordingly.

2. Shipping & Delivery Details

The dispatch of your product will be confirmed on the order acknowledgement. We deliver all items from Monday to Friday between 9am – 6pm. For fabrics ordered through us and furniture purchased from the website, we aim to dispatch your order and deliver it to you within 10 working days. For cushion orders, please allow up to 14 days for delivery to allow us to process the order and complete the work. For re-upholstery orders, we aim to complete the work within 10 working days from date of collection (to be arranged between Peter Jude and the customer), providing fabrics have been chosen and agreed prior to collection. If you wish to organise delivery of your goods for a specific date and time or for next day delivery, please be aware that there will be an additional surcharge to your normal delivery costs. Should you be unavailable for the delivery of your item, please be aware that you may be charged for the redelivery of the item.
If for any reason these deadlines cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as possible.

Where delivery costs are not stated against a product we will quote you delivery costs when replying by email to your initial enquiry.
Free delivery on orders over £1500 to UK mainland addresses only.
We use couriers as well as our own delivery service dependant on the weight of your purchase. Fabric orders will be sent to you directly from our suppliers. You are required to inspect goods upon receipt and report any loss or damages to Peter Jude within 24 hours. We will require proof that the good(s) were damaged prior to receipt by you.
A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for your goods a card should be left advising you of what action needs to be taken. This usually involves collecting the item from your local Royal Mail Depot or similar.
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.

Delivery Disclaimer For larger items, it is your responsibility to ensure furniture or larger pieces pass freely through doors, passageways, stairs and awkward corners or turns. All items of furniture have clear dimensions on the website. Please check these thoroughly before confirming your order with us. Should you find a piece does not fit through your access ways we will not be able to refund you.
Returns of online orders Whilst we hope you will be delighted with your order, we understand that you may want to return some items. For online orders, you have up to 48 hours from receipt to contact us. When returning goods you should ensure that they are returned to us unused in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received them. Please contact us at peter@peterjude.com or by telephone on 0208 458 1222 to arrange collection. Our standard delivery charges will apply for this service. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in a ‘returns’ transport. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
